3. Where the prescribed qualification is 1
st Div in the Final Degree, only one 2
nd Div (with not less than 50% marks) in entire academic career from Matric onwards will be acceptable for eligibility. However, no 3
rd Div is allowed in entire academic career.
4. First Class / 1
st Div for a degree means CGPA 3.0/4.0 for semester system or minimum of 60% marks for annual system of examination.
5. Required Degrees must be obtained from HEC/PEC/PNC/Board of Technical Education / Govt. recognized institutions. For O-Level / A-Level equivalence certificate from the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) and for Foreign Degree, equivalence certificate issued by HEC showing division / percentage / CGPA must be provided.
6. Required degrees must be completed by closing date of advertisement.
7. Each candidate is allowed to apply for one station only i.e. Islamabad or Karachi.
8. Employment shall be offered against Contributory Pension Fund (CPF) / Provident Fund (PF) Scheme as per Organizational Policy.
9. Age limit is 18 to 35 years as on
29 Dec 2025. However, upper age limit shall be relaxed in case of Government Servant/Ex-Serviceman in accordance with rules.
10. Those in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous body service should have NOC at the time of test and interview.
11. Please note that fulfilling the selection criteria does not guarantee shortlisting. If large number of applicants meet selection criteria, only the most qualified / experienced would be shortlisted.
12. Every column of online application form is required to be filled. Incomplete application will not be accepted.
13. Any wrong / fake entry will lead to the cancellation of the induction process of candidate at any stage.
14. No TA/DA will be admissible for test / interview.
